Due to hygiene laws and sanitary concerns, NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. This is a very strict policy we hold to 100%. No buyer ever has to worry that they might receive under garments that had been worn – even briefly – by someone else. Ew.

FULL RETURN POLICY
Our policy covers 30 days from shipping date. After 30 days the order is no longer eligible for return or exchange. Return postage is not provided. Shipping charges paid – if any – are not refundable. A restocking fee of $4.99 PER ITEM will be charged to all returns.
On the rare occasion that a return is approved: to be ELIGIBLE for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Item and packaging must be free from dust, hair, pet hair, and smoke odor. Open items are not eligible for return. Return postage is not provided. Shipping charges paid – if any – are not refundable. A restocking fee of $4.99 PER ITEM will be charged to all returns.
INTERNATIONAL orders are not eligible for return.
GIFT CARDS are exempt from being returned or refunded. Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced or reissued. Gift cards are presumed to be as cash and are the responsibility of the buyer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or PROOF OF PURCHASE. Please contact us for a return authorization. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please be aware that all returns are INSPECTED. We will charge a restocking fee on all returns. Unacceptable returns may be refused and will be disposed of at our discretion without refund or replacement. Unacceptable items will not be returned to the sender.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email if we have further questions. Otherwise consider your return approved and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment minus a $4.99 restocking fee PER ITEM.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once you receive an email notification from our system, your refund has been processed from our store and we have done all we can. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items will be considered for return. Sale items may not be returned. All items purchased on Buy X Get Y promotions are considered to be sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To receive a different size or color, please place a new order in the online store. The new item usually ships within one business day. Contact us for an RMA to send back the UNOPENED original item purchased to receive a refund if all return conditions are met.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you (gift recipient), you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return that can be used for any items available from this store or any Careran Companies store. Please contact us for available options.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver on the original method of payment without exception.

A postage-paid return label will be provided on request for approved returns. The label will remain valid for 2 weeks from authorization. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a $4.99 restocking/handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
We process returns within 10 business days of receipt. Please allow at least 2 weeks from when you mailed the package back to our warehouse.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
